Feki – Nothing Lasts Forever

feki

Completely bliss out to this production by 19-year old Feki. Usually spending most of his time remixing, he’s released an original tune “Nothing Lasts Forever”.

Of this track, Feki says, “I wanted to capture the emotion of how it feels to realise that all good things must come to an end, but instead of dwelling on the thought that nothing lasts forever, you make the most of the moment and live with no regrets”.

Backstory aside, this track is smooth and chill, but it’s also very evocative of Wave Racer‘s glitter trap style. He was a nominee for the Stoney Roads award for “Breakthrough” Producer this year and while he didn’t win (Just A Gent took out the title), it certainly solidifies his place amongst the luminaries.

THE BREAKDOWN:

Hometown: Brisbane, Australia.
Sounds Like: Ta-ku, Flume, Wave Racer.
Say What? I CAN’T FIND ANYTHING. If you’re reading this Feki, help a brother out.
