Philadelphia Grand Jury – So You Think You Can Philly Jays?
Presented by Select Music and Normal People Making Hits.


Starting at the end of May, and hitting all the capital cities, Philadelphia Grand Jury will be giving the audience the opportunity to partake in karaoke with the band themselves. You should probably get to these shows if you call yourself a fan of the Philly Jays.

Presented by Wondercore Island and The Melbourne International Jazz Festival.

An event curated by Wondercore Island as part of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival. It’s not strictly music though, it also includes poetry, essays, discussions, spoken word and design. Featuring the likes of Silentjay, Hiatus Kaiyote’s side project Swooping Duck, Vulture St Tape Gang, plus writers, DJs and designers. Get cultured.

Visions Festival
Presented by Vivid Sydney, Deep Sea Arcade, Jack Daniels and Rare Finds. 


Visions is a monthly music night held in Sydney. With Vivid Sydney starting up, they’re holding a multi-venue festival with acts like Kirin J Callinan, Deep Sea Arcade and Montaigne. Also a band called These New South Whales – that name alone is worth checking out. It’s also…free! Details here.

Poison City Weekender Fest

For punk rock lovers everywhere, that is some line up. Run by record label and skateboard maker Poison City Records, this annual three-day festival has been running since 2009.



FlumeWorld Tour
Presented by Future Classic and St Jerome’s Laneway Festival.
